Wood Badge is a special training program for Cub Scouting, Scouts BSA, and Venturing leaders. It is delivered as a six-day course or two three-day weekends. The training course is designed to help leaders develop new skills and put them into practice.
You will learn about teamwork, communication, and leadership and also have the opportunity to try out different activities.
After completing the training course, you’ll work on a service project to put your new skills into action. Wood Badge is an excellent way for Scout leaders to improve their abilities and contribute to the Scouting movement.
