The Scouts Trainers Edge course is designed to help Scouters deliver quality training experiences for their Scout units. The course covers the essential elements of adult learning theory and provides practical tips and techniques for delivering successful training. Upon completion of the course, Scouters can confidently plan and deliver quality training experiences that meet the needs of their Scouts.

All volunteer council leaders selected to lead a training, NYLT, or Wood Badge course within the next year.
