NYLT
National Youth Leadership Training (NYLT)
NYLT is a highly respected leadership training program within the Boy Scouts of America. Participants must be 13 years of age. Those who complete the course successfully will have learned a great deal about what it means to lead others, both in Scouting and in their everyday lives. The skills learned at NYLT are valuable for anyone, regardless of whether or not they choose to pursue a career in leadership.
